HAVE A QUESTION?
Here you’ll find the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.
-
Congratulations!
We recommend you begin shopping 10 to 12 months before your wedding date, allowing you a comfortable amount of time to find the perfect dress.
Once you’ve found the dress, we recommend purchasing 8 to 10 months before the big day. This allows time for shipping, proper alterations, and peace of mind knowing your dress is ready well before it’s time to walk down the aisle.

While many styles from our designers take up to 6 months or longer to produce, we do have some options for the bride-to-be on a tight timeline!
Some of our designers have a selection that can be ordered within a 6-month time frame, and some designers offer the option of paying a rush fee to expedite the process.
We also have a selection of store samples that are discounted and sold directly off the rack. These gowns are generally sample size 10.
-
In order to give you the best possible experience, we do require appointments.
This assures you have our full attention from the moment you step into our salon, and you’ll have plenty of time to explore our selection of bridal gowns.
Appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you’d like to come in on the same day, please call ahead to confirm availability.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
-
Our bridal appointments are scheduled for 90 minutes.
We’ve found this is the perfect amount of time for you and your bridal stylist to discuss the details of your wedding, your style and vision, and to find the dress you’ve been dreaming of!
-
Show up to your appointment with any bridal gown inspiration, such as Pinterest boards or images, an open mind, and be ready to say Yes! to the wedding dress of your dreams!
As far as attire goes, wear your favorite nude or white undergarments to avoid distracting colors under your gown.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and enjoy your full 90-minute appointment.
-
Most brides bring a few key family members or friends.
The intimacy of a smaller group allows you to be yourself and feel supported by those who mean the most to you. Remember, today is all about YOU, so you’ll want to surround yourself with people who will be encouraging as you find the dress of your dreams!
Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring more than 4 guests so we can make the appropriate accommodations.

We have hand-selected a collection of gowns that range in price from $1,600 - $11,000.
Prices vary depending on the style and features that appeal to you.
At Isabel O’Neil, we understand price is an important factor in finding the perfect gown. Before scheduling an appointment, we recommend you have a determined budget and decide if there is any wiggle room.
Here are some expenses to consider when setting your budget:
The dress
A veil
Accessories such as a wrap, garter, or hairpiece
Alterations
Discussing your budget with your stylist allows us to maximize your experience by being mindful of your price range, pulling gorgeous selections that are within your budget.
Our dresses are organized by designer and price, making it easy for all brides to find dresses in the price range they’re looking for.

When your bridal gown is purchased within the suggested time frame of 8 to 10 months prior to your wedding date, then it should arrive between 2 and 3 months before your big day when possible.
Please keep in mind that the timing of the arrival of your gown is determined by when you placed the order, paid the balance, and the current production run times per designer.
Designers have also been experiencing supply chain disruptions in the last two years due to the ongoing international situations & pandemic. While the supply chain is re-regulating, we recommend you purchase your bridal gown 8-10 months prior to your wedding date, giving plenty of time for any potential delivery delays and alterations.

Yes! Now that you’ve found the perfect dress, it’s time to make sure you have the perfect fit.
We partner with a seamstress that performs your fittings in our store. She has years of experience in bridal alterations and is extremely talented in the field.
Typical alterations begin 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding date. You’ll have 2 to 3 fittings, allowing time for any final adjustments.
We don’t offer quotes on alterations because each bride and dress is so unique, but our highly talented seamstress will provide you with a personalized quote for her services.
