A Message from IOBC: Coronavirus Update

At Isabel O’Neil Bridal Collection, we are continuing to closely monitor the situation regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus).  The safety and well-being of our customers and staff is our highest priority and we would like to reassure you that we are taking every precaution during this unsettling time.

At this time, we are still open for business and we are doing all that we can to keep the store open in order to accept deliveries for our clients, field phone calls and service our brides.  

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 we will continue to run by appointment only and are taking some additional measures: 

  • We will be taking only one appointment at time and are allowing up to 2 people maximum to accompany the bride for all appointment types, no exceptions. We are happy to assist setting up Facetime, to allow those who can’t attend a way to celebrate with you.  

  • If you have any of the symptoms associated with the virus and/or have traveled outside of the United States in the last 14 days please contact us to reschedule your appointment. 

  • We ask that if you have come in contact with anyone that has or is suspected of having COVID-19, please do not visit the boutique for 2 weeks. 

  • We ask that anyone who works in a school, office or business that has been closed due to exposure or because a student, teacher, coworker or staff member has or is suspected of having COVD-19, please do not visit the boutique for two weeks.

  • We ask that anyone who is at higher risk for serious illness from COVID-19 because of age or a long-term health problem refrain from visiting the boutique.

  • We will continue to disinfect the rooms and surfaces between appointments.  We are revising our appointment times slightly in order to accommodate this, as well as our limited staff. 

  • In order to provide some social distancing during this time, your sales consultant, will not share the dressing room with you and will instead allow you to change and assist you with adjustments in the main open fitting area. 

  • You will be asked to sanitize your hands before you start your appointment and when you are done with your appointment. 

  • Appointments will be kept to the time allotted to allow enough time to sanitize the dressing room and seating area for the next appointment. 

Online & Virtual Shopping Options: 

In an effort to assist brides that are not able to come into the store, we have ways for you to shop with us 'virtually':

Say ‘Yes’ Appointment, Virtual Return Appointment:

If you have visited us recently, think you found “the one”  but did not “say Yes” to your wedding dress during your last appointment and would like to revisit, we can assist you even if you cannot come in to the store physically. We are here to answer any questions you have and to help in any way with your decision.  We are happy to Facetime* or send photos or sketches to help you make a confident decision. We are in constant contact with our designers during this time and can still provide you with answers to all of your questions.  

We are happy to take orders over the phone or through our client portal so you are able to not waste any time in placing your order and it lose any production time and have it arrive with plenty of time for your wedding.

Virtual Accessory Styling Appointment: 

Still looking for the perfect accessories for your gown?
We will be happy to Facetime* with you! We will put your gown on a bust form or model and assist you in finding the perfect veil and accessories to accompany it.  You can place your order through our secure online client portal and the product can be shipped to you! Select accessories and veils can be delivered in as little as 2 weeks with no rush.

Already an IOBC Bride? We are here to assist you with any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your pending order.

For brides with pending orders, we are working very hard to track the progress and status of all of your orders. We have only experienced a few minor delays but are otherwise delivering gown orders as expected with plenty of time prior to wedding dates. My heart is with all of our brides having to make difficult decisions regarding one of the most special days of their lives. My thoughts are with everyone who is being affected by this current situation whatsoever. Whether inflicted with the virus, or having a loved one affected, or losing income due to not being able to work, we are all in this moment together. We must remember that as a world, we are coming together to do what it best for the greater good and this too, shall pass.
